Projects

SENSOREE

Sensoree was the winning app at Wyncode's Ft Lauderdale Cohort 5 Pitch Day. Sensoree is a web platform for integrating sensors from Internet of Things devices such as the Raspberry Pi into your life. Sensoree will collect sensor information, display it in graphical form, send out notifications, and communicate with the Raspberry Pi camera. My contribution in this project was to come up with the idea, develop the back end, work on the integration with Twilio and the Pi, and writing the Python Raspberry Pi scripts. LOCAL TRUCKS
This was a team project for our Friends and Family mid-point presentation. The project is an app to help food truck fans find where the food trucks in the area are based on truck-owner defined schedules. My contributions to this project included the back-end development, database models, and user authentication.
REPL GAME
The REPL game project was meant to reinforce concepts learned during week 2. My implementation of the project includes the use of modules as well as my development of a consle auto-complete (like those found when doing Google searches).
Voter Sim
The Voter Sim project was meant to put our Object Oriented Programming skills to the test. My implementation of this project includes the use of multiple classes, inheritance, and RSpec test code to adhere to TDD (test-driven development) principles.
